Vision & Mission

OUR MISSION IS TO Encounter, Engage, Encourage, Equip and Empower college students.
We model, mentor and teach how to discover our destiny, achieve our dreams and live a fulfilling life.

• Encounter – We are intentional wherever we go, to LOOK at the people around us. Who are the divine appointments for today? What do they really want and need? What help might we provide?
• Engage – We are deliberate in developing relationships by seeking to understand. What is their story? What are their needs? We best show genuine interest and care for others by thoughtfully asking questions and listening to their stories, wants and dreams.
• Encourage – We help others discover their unique gifts, talents, experiences and dreams. We look for every opportunity to lift them up, encourage and show appreciation for them.
• Equip – Tools are provided to help improve the quality of life, as well as effectiveness and efficiency, by focusing on individual wants and needs. Training is given in high leverage areas such as developing relationships; communication, leadership and career preparation skills. Where interest develops, Bible study is introduced.
• Empower – Participants are given opportunities to volunteer, to share, to serve and take responsibility as they learn and develop. When they discover the power of surrender and accept the Lord by faith, they receive the power of God, the Holy Spirit.
